Patient X is rated extreme horror. Expect psychological tension, absolute darkness, unexpected sounds, and fully immersive actor interactions. It is not recommended for those with anxiety disorders, claustrophobia, or heart conditions. If you are unsure, consult a medical professional before booking.
The room runs for exactly 60 minutes. Arrival 15 minutes early is required for briefing and locker storage. The full visit, including pre- and post-game, typically takes around 75 minutes.
Sessions accommodate 2 to 12 players. Private bookings only — your group will not be combined with strangers. We recommend 3–5 players for the optimal experience.
Preparing for Your Visit
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. You may be required to crawl, reach, or move quickly. Avoid loose jewelry, scarves, or restrictive clothing. We recommend dressing as you would for a light physical activity.
Patient X is strictly 18+ or 16+ with a guardian present inside the room. The experience contains extreme horror themes not suitable for minors. Age verification may be required at check-in.
All phones and cameras are secured before entry. No photography is permitted inside the room to maintain the experience for all players. Official session photos may become available in the future.
During the Session
Your game master monitors the session at all times via camera and will provide hints via intercom if needed. You may request up to three hints during the session. Use them wisely.
A safe word is provided during the pre-game briefing. Any player may exit at any time using the safe word — no questions asked. The safety and wellbeing of every participant is our priority above all else.
Bookings & Policies
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. Contact us directly to arrange a reschedule.
